Ero polyvinyylikloridin (PVC) ja TPE-materiaalin välillä

1. Rakenteelliset erot: TPE: hiilivetypolymeeri; PVC: hiilivetypolymeeri, joka sisältää kloorattuja hiilivetyjä.

2. Ominaispainoero: TPE: ominaispaino on 0,84–1,4, mikä on kevyempää; PVC: ominaispaino on yleensä välillä 1,2–1,4.

3. Kovuuden ero: TPE:n kovuusalue: 0A-60D laaja kovuusalue; pehmeän PVC-materiaalin kovuus on 50A–90A.

4. Erot mekaanisissa ominaisuuksissa: tpe: erinomaiset vetoominaisuudet, vetolujuus jopa 12 MPa, katkeamisen venyminen jopa 10-kertainen, korkea mekaaninen lujuus; PVC: korkea mekaaninen lujuus.

5. Differences in temperature resistance: TPE can withstand temperatures above 70°C for a long time, and its maximum operating temperature is 100°C. It can still maintain a good shape at a low temperature of -40°C; PVC material can withstand low temperatures -15°C-60°C, light and heat Poor stability, the softening point of the material can be lowered to 80°C in an environment above 100°C or in a light environment, and decomposes in a high temperature environment of 130°C, and precipitates hydrogen chloride, which is an irritating gas.

6. Differences in chemical resistance: TPE is corrosion-resistant, ozone-resistant, ozone aging (38°C), performance drops below 10% in 100 hours, resistant to water, acid, alkali, alcohol and other solvents, and can be soaked in solvent or oil for a short period of time; PVC has high chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, but it is not resistant to ozone. It is a strong acid, such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and cannot be in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbon substances.

7. Palamisen ero: TPE: Materiaali ei sisällä halogeenia, palava savu on matalaa ja myrkytöntä, ja polttaessa se tuottaa hajua; PVC vapauttaa suuren määrän savua ja ärsyttävää kaasua.
